• Orders over £50 are eligible for free UK delivery. Orders below this amount will incur a £6.99 shipping fee.

• UK deliveries typically take 4 to 5 working days once dispatched.

• International shipping has a fixed rate of £20.

• For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties and charges.

2. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
